Introduction
This usage agreement and privacy of use, terms and conditions, and all policies that have been published on the Zawfal platform are designed to protect and preserve the rights of both the Zawfal website organization and the user who accesses the site with or without registration or the consumer who benefits from the content with or without registration.
The terms, conditions, terms and conditions and legal disputes shall be governed by the laws, legislations and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article I : Definition

- Online store: An online account that allows a user to display, sell, offer, advertise, or exchange data about a product or service.
Article Two: Terms of Use
As a second party to this agreement and as a beneficiary of the services of Zawfed Platform, you must comply with the following:
- Do not advertise or upload content or items that are inappropriate for the categories available on the platform and that are only allowed to be sold.
- Not to infringe or circumvent the laws, policies and regulations of the platform or any third party rights.
- Do not copy the ad from Zawfed and repost it on other sites.
- Not to use any illegal means to access advertisements or other users’ data or violate the policy and rights of the Zawf IT organization or access the content of the platform or collect and collect information and data about Zawf or its customers and benefit from them in any way or republish them.
- Do not use our Services if you are legally incompetent to enter into this Agreement.
- Not to manipulate the prices of goods, whether buying or selling, and harming other consumers.
- The advertisement must not include a false offer, statement, or claim, or phrased in terms that may directly or indirectly lead to deceiving or misleading the consumer, defamation, or libel.
- No politics, international sovereignty, dignitaries, or any unauthorized discussions in a wedding site organization.
- Do not move your account or activity to other sites while carrying the organization’s logo or services.
- Not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Zawfed, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, patents, publicity, databases or other intellectual property rights that belong to Zawfed or are licensed to Zawfed.
- The ad must not include a logo or trademark that you do not have the right to use, or a counterfeit mark that violates the intellectual property rights of others or patents.
- Not to collect or use users’ personal data or electronic communications for unauthorized or permitted purposes, or to disclose them to another party, with or without compensation, except with the consent of the person to whom the personal data relates or if required by law.
- Do not do anything that would damage the reputation of the Zawfed Website Foundation in any way, whether on the platform itself or on other social media platforms, and the Foundation reserves the right to return to you for all damages resulting from this.
- Do not impersonate a wedding site organization, representative, employee, or any capacity that suggests that you are affiliated with the organization unless you have official permission from the organization.
- Use of the Service by any non-human user is prohibited with the exception of non-human users of the following companies only:
Your failure to comply with these conditions gives Zawfed the right to block your membership and refer your violation to the competent authorities to impose penalties when needed, prevent you from accessing the platform and add your phone number in the list of suspended accounts and numbers without any responsibility and without the need to notify you, and you do not have the right to object, and here you undertake not to return to use the platform unless the platform agrees to this.
Article III: Liability
- The Wedding Website Foundation provides a service to enable the user to display his goods and publish content in accordance with the agreed usage policy and does not provide any guarantees and does not bear any responsibility in the event that the user or consumer does not comply with it.
- Zawfed disclaims any risk, damages, liabilities, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party.
- By using the ZAZAF platform, you agree to take full responsibility for ensuring that you follow all relevant laws, regulations, and ordinances when using the platform. You are also responsible for managing all purchases and deliveries if the account is an e-store, and resolving issues and disputes arising from the content of the advertisement is your full responsibility, and you are bound by the content controls and conditions set forth by Zawfal and you are solely responsible for the consequences and damages of the content and release Zawfal from any claims resulting from or arising from your transactions or resulting from them.
- By using the platform, you authorize the platform to save the personal and non-personal data and information that you have entered in the organization’s servers, and we have the right to view and review them.
- By using the platform, you acknowledge the right of the platform to monitor private messages when needed to ensure that they are free of violations of the usage agreement, and we have the right to delete the advertisement and dispose of the attached images when needed.
- The circulars, decisions and directives of the management and supervisors of the site are binding on the second party after they are communicated to him through the site’s private messages, mobile phone, e-mail or through the notification system, and he must abide by them and act in accordance with them.
- By using the platform, you acknowledge that if you violate the regulations and laws followed in the Kingdom or the policies and laws of Zawfal, Zawfal has the right to recourse against you for all damages and losses and charge you with attorney fees in all matters and cases related to your violation, and you are obligated to compensate for them.
Article IV: Terms of membership
Membership is: The username with which a person has registered on Zawfed, which is linked to their mobile number, and must be subject to the following conditions:
- A proper and appropriate name needs to be chosen during the registration process.
- It is prohibited to create more than one account for the same user on the platform.
- It is prohibited to use more than one membership per person or organization.
- You must update your mobile number associated with the membership if you change or lose your mobile number.
- If your membership name contains a trade name or trademark, you must be the owner of the trademark or authorized to use the name or trademark.
- It is forbidden to sell or transfer the membership to another party or allow any other party to use it, and the first owner of the membership is responsible for it towards any violations or legal liabilities, and both parties in case of sale or transfer are considered violators of the usage policy in Zawfed platform.
- A member is obligated not to share their own membership information with anyone.
- We are committed to taking the necessary measures to protect and preserve data, knowing that the Internet is not a 100% secure means of keeping confidential information.
- The Service exchanges certain information with your device for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- The platform uses statistical programs such as Google Analytics in order to develop and improve the service.
- By using Zawfed platform, you acknowledge the right of the platform to suspend your number or account and include it in the list of suspended accounts, in case a report or complaint is filed against you or if you commit an offense that the platform’s management deems worthy of suspension, and you undertake not to publish these facts and events through electronic platforms or social networking sites and others, and we have the right, if proven, to refer to the competent authority to impose penalties and fines and obligate you to compensate for all damages and losses resulting from this.
Article V: Conditions for adding content to the platform
- You undertake not to advertise any prohibited goods on the platform.
- You undertake not to add any prohibited responses to the platform.
- You undertake not to send any prohibited messages on the platform.
- It undertakes to determine the selling price of the advertised commodity.
- You undertake to follow up on your ad and respond to customer inquiries through replies or private messages.
- You pledge to abide by our duplicate ads policy.
- The advertising item being advertised needs to be a good or service only.
- The ad must be fully detailed and in the correct section.
- The platform has the right to delete any content or advertisement without stating the reason for the deletion.
- Copying any ad from the platform is prohibited.
- If you are providing a service, selling a good or practicing a regulated profession that requires a license or permit to practice, you must obtain the necessary licenses to advertise and disclose the entity with which you are registered, the details of the license or permit, the applicable professional title, and the country granting the license or permit.
- The advertiser is obligated to ensure that the images added in the advertisement are of the same commodity advertised.
- Content images must be morally appropriate, of high quality, and not violate the regulations of the Ministry of Labor, Human Rights, or any governmental or private entity.
- The advertiser is obliged not to add more than 5 ads in the platform for the same commodity.
- You must not advertise goods and services that fall under the list of prohibited goods and services. You must also adhere to the list of prohibited replies and prohibited messages.
- You undertake not to advertise to someone you don’t know or register for someone you don’t know.
- Updating and modifying the advertisement is subject to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and the user is responsible for any violations that occurred during the creation of the advertisement or after updating or modifying it.
- Creation, updating and modification are the sole responsibility of the user.
- The advertiser is obligated to update the ad and if not updated, the ad will be automatically deleted.
- The advertiser is obliged to pay a wedding website commission, which is 3% of the sale value or the value of providing the service.
Article VI: Prohibited goods
The advertiser who advertises the goods described (prohibited goods) in the platform will be banned. It is forbidden to advertise or buy them, and we will ban those who respond to him through private messages or via replies. Please note that there is no notification before the ban and that the ban is final.
Prohibited goods are:
All prohibited goods according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article VII: Prohibited advertisements
The following list contains most of the advertising methods that are prohibited on the platform:
- All ads that are not related to buying and selling
- Advertise in order to add a suggestion or discuss an issue with Zawfed management.
- Ads are for buying and selling only.
- Add announcements about suggestions for developing the platform. For suggestions or complaints, please fill out the form in the Contact Us section.
- The announcement is incomplete.
- Poor-quality advertising.
- The advertiser’s poor communication with members who are interested in the offered commodity (e.g. advertising the sale of a dress and then not responding to calls or private messages).
- Advertising in the wrong section. (For example: advertising a dress order in the men’s section or advertising a card design in the circulation section.
- Adding an ad when you have another banned membership. You must first discuss the ban with us before adding a new ad.
- Adding an image that is not the same item.
- Adding pictures of an item other than the one shown. (For example: advertising the sale of a used wedding dress mobile phone and then inserting a photo of another used wedding dress of the same or similar shape).
- Any ad that contains a reference to a racial slur in any form.
- Any advertisement that contains false information, whether the error is intentional or unintentional. (For example: advertising a dress as new and then proving that the dress has been used and is not new).
- Adding an ad for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against an advertiser, please write to us and explain the issue. If you have an issue with an organization that we have nothing to do with, please complain to the responsible party.
- Adding an ad title that is contrary to the content of the ad.
- Copying another advertiser’s ad or part of it.
- General advertisements that do not specify a specific commodity.
- Announcements of donations and requests for help. The country’s law prohibits donations and charitable work outside of the specified legal scope.
- Ads for contributions and subscriptions.
- Begging and helping beggars. A member who assists beggars will be banned from the platform.
- Asking for favors and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate.
- Advertisements that contain abuse of power.
- Advertise in replies.
Article VIII: Prohibited responses
The following list contains most of the prohibited responses:
- Advertise in replies.
- Understatement.
- Insulting and cursing, whether justified or not.
- Lack of seriousness and unwillingness to buy.
- Commenting to add a joke or news item.
- Mocking the product or advertiser.
Article IX: Prohibited Private Messages
The following list contains most of the blocked private messages:
- Advertising in private messages.
- Insulting and cursing, with or without justification.
Article X: Payment and Transaction Mechanism
To protect your dealings with a buyer or seller, you need to follow all or one of the following steps:
- The pledge of allegiance must take place face-to-face in a public place and through legal and reliable methods.
- Confirm the identity of the seller or buyer before any action.
- You should inspect the item to make sure there are no defects.
- Use secure payment methods.
Your failure to adhere to the above guidelines may expose you to fraud and you hereby acknowledge that you bear the responsibility and that Zawfed is not a party to the transaction and does not bear any responsibility, and you are obligated to file a report or complaint in the Zawfed platform to deal with the fraudulent party. You undertake to file a complaint to the competent authority in accordance with the legal methods in the event of any damage. You undertake not to publicize these facts and events through electronic platforms or social networking sites and others.
Article XI: Wedding Website Organization Security Policy
We are not a party to any dispute or issues that arise between users because one or both of them violate the use agreement, but we seek to strengthen the security aspect of the platform in order to limit and eliminate the infringements that some users make on the platform in violation of the policy and terms of use, in order to achieve the integrity of buying and selling and fighting fraud, fraud and cheating in application of the laws, legislation and regulations followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and therefore theZawfal Website Foundation has the right to take the necessary action against any individual or legal entity in violation, noting that the procedure may reach Here are the common violations and the necessary action towards them:
- The client has been scammed by another party: The customer must report it to the relevant security authorities. And fill out the complaint form on Zawfed platform on the (Contact Us) page. The platform’s management will review the complaint and investigate the alleged customer in order to take the necessary action against him. ZAZAF will not be a party to such cases and we do not bear any responsibility, but we will provide what we have to the competent authorities if officially requested.
- Infringe on the policy or sovereignty of the country: The advertisement will be deleted, the advertiser’s membership will be suspended, and the relevant authorities will be informed.
- If you advertise any of the prohibited goods: The advertisement will be documented, archived, deleted, the member will be suspended, and the relevant authorities will be notified.
- In the event that an individual, organization or company uses illegal means (such as hacking or using illegal data collection methods or any means whatsoever) to access the platform content, platform programming, platform databases, or information and data related to ZAZAF customers in order to copy, republish or benefit from the advertisements in any way. Zawafaq will refer to the competent authorities to prosecute the other party for cyber hacking and committing a crime in violation of the cybercrime laws.
- In the event that an individual or legal entity copies advertisements from Zawfed .com to another website, Zawfed .com will refer to the competent authorities to file a lawsuit and prosecute the other party for infringement of the organization’s rights.
- If the second party falsely evaluates another member, both members will be suspended and banned from using the platform if it is found that they are collaborating. Action will be taken for any repercussions caused by this evaluation.
- In case of defamation, insult or violation of privacy: The customer must fill out the complaint form for this, and the platform management will review the complaint and investigate the alleged customer, and the necessary action will be taken against him if it is confirmed that he violated the usage agreement. The customer who has been harmed should go to the relevant authorities to file a complaint. The Wedding Site Foundation will not be a party to such cases and does not bear any responsibility, but we will provide the necessary data to the competent authorities if officially requested.
- Annoyance : When a customer is being harassed by another customer, they should follow the following:
- Block the annoying member
- In case of damage, the competent authorities shall be informed of the disturbance, with the acknowledgment that Zawfed is not a party to this dispute and does not bear any responsibility and that no data is provided except through an official request from the competent authorities.
